I honestly really loved my experience at Ramen Bay. The pork was super tender and juicy, the broth was rich and the vegetables were crunchy and satisfying. The service was amazing, the staff was very kind and the atmosphere felt really friendly. The amount of food you get for what you pay is absolutely worth it, and I left that restaurant feeling completely full, but I hadn’t even eaten anything before coming and I personally have a decent appetite so considering that, it was an amazingly huge amount of food I received. I got the brown-sugar milk tea, and it was not too sweet, it was just perfect. I liked how it had no ice because usually, it melts and waters down my drink. I totally recommend coming here, it was an awesome new experience.

Brought my family here after my daughter graduated from Basic at Fort Leonard Wood. We all got Ramen bowels and they were great! Service was perfect! Would come here again if in the area
Great ramen restaurant in Rolla! We tried the Tonkotsu ramen, which featured a lot of ingredients and a nice, mild broth full of flavor. It's located in downtown Rolla, so depending on the time, parking can be difficult. Staff is friendly and informative. Water is available for free at a dispenser in the back. They're open every day except Sunday. Expect to spend approximately $15 per person for a meal.
I was stationed in Japan with the Navy and have been dying for some good, authentic ramen close to home. This ABSOLUTELY fits the bill! I ordered through doordash. Got the chicken ramen (awesome portion size btw) that came in the CUTEST little reusable bag which I just love. Oh, and being able to order a glass bottle of Cheerwine?? Made my inner North Carolina born and bred kid ecstatic. Supporting local has never felt or tasted so good.
I had the Osaka Beef Ramen and it was absolutely delicious! 🥢 The broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef was super tender. Loved the variety of toppings – everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant has a clean, chill vibe. Absolutely phenomenal! I had the Shanghai scallion oil noodles and ate the entire thing. The chasu bun was incredibly soft and fluffy, the meat inside was delicious and the perfect amount of sweet and fatty and some fresh greens to lighten it up. I could’ve eaten at least 5 more! The brown sugar boba milk tea was literally the best I’ve ever had and once I left and finished it I considered getting one for the road. I’ll definitely be back; what’s an hour and a half drive?
Boba teas come large and filled to the brim. We've tried the ramen, multiple appetizers, the desserts, and even the bulgogi and scallion noodles over our visits. We've probably been here over 5 times which we try not to eat out too much, everytime here has been a banger. Super good and balanced, good ratio of meat and veggies. Forgot to take a picture before eating half of it cause its so good. All staff I've seen is respectful.
We had a great experience at Ramen Bay! Everything we ordered was so tasty and very fresh. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. They also have big separate tables, which are perfect for parties or gatherings with friends and family. I also fell in love with their bamboo spoons—such a nice and unique touch! The highlight for me was the boba tea. It was honestly the best one I’ve ever tried. We are only in the city for a couple of days, but we will definitely come back to get another tea before we leave. Highly recommend this
